Thanks to the ideal climate, the beautiful nature and the historical sights, Evancy has chosen Vence as its first holiday destination in the South of France.

The holiday park is classified as a ‘résidence de tourisme 4 étoiles’ and has been given the name “Les Jardins d’Azur”, thanks to the beautiful panoramic views of the mountains of the ‘Col de Vence’ and the surrounding nature reserves.

There are 4 buildings in total with a heated swimming pool in the middle. There are many different holiday homes to choose from: from cozy studios and holiday apartments to impressive penthouses with a private terrace. Each holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with flat screen television and a balcony. There are also numerous on-site facilities: a heated outdoor swimming pool, an omnisport area, petanque court and 3 charging points for electric cars.

A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival. This is automatically released on the day of your departure (except in the case of damage to the accommodation). The time limit for returning the deposit differs from bank to bank.

Without wishing to throw us any flattery, we have to admit that our residence is ideally situated to taste the luxurious perfume of the Côte d'Azur without being invaded by a big crowd!
